One of my favorite things about teaching preschool is watching the kids be so proud of their creations!!!  They worked hard and are excited to show me what they have made!!!  Then listening to how they actually made their work is another one of my most favorite parts of preschool.

These two created an entire city!

Here is a snake tunnel.

To get a our bodies moving a little more during calendar time we decided to jump when a certain number comes up...today we picked 7 and 12...look at us go!!

Our calendar helper also made a pattern with her body today...pat, pat, clap.  We picked up on that one!!

The meteorologist did some great forecasting this morning!

Mrs. Linneman did our Jesus Time today...she taught us about the Holy Trinity.  How we have 3 people in 1 God.  We have God the Father, who created us.  God the Son, who died for us.  And God the Holy Spirit, who comforts!

Some of our friends brought stuff to show our class.  We took turns showing and telling.  It really is good practice for the boys and girls in their conversation skills.

Look at these good listeners!

We sure are having fun building towers lately.

The restaurant is the place to be!

We had a special visitor today come and read a story to us.  My dad! Mr. Bolt taught first graders and third graders for 44 years.  He has been retired for two years and stopped in to read to a few classes.

Mr. Bolt read the story "Mortimer" to our class.  It is a fun, fun book.

The kids were great listeners again!!

Here they are joining in!

We are still working here in preschool...going over those numbers!!

Our last visitor of the day was after nap time!  "Miss Betty" is a special visitor to kindergarten...she does a cooking show with them...so she came and taught us a song about keeping our hands to ourselves and using our words. :)

It's really my old pal...Mrs. Adams. :)
