We started off hard at work!

Getting back in the habit of signing in.  Look at that pencil grip!!  Our fine motor skills are getting stronger!

Some friends were such wonderful helpers and cleaned off the table for our class...there was a bit of marker on it.

Calendar helper this morning.

Our pattern is quite tricky!

Meteorologist found out for us that the weather was not quite as lovely as it was last Friday and this past weekend...it's getting chilly again.

Practicing writing those numbers.

We read the story of Zacchaeus today.  When a small man climbed a tree to see Jesus and Jesus knew he was there and even knew his name!!  He also knows our names, and where ever we are Jesus knows and is with us.

Then we headed outside!

After that we enjoyed our snack and went on a hunt for crosses on our way to the health screening (hearing and vision).

We found a ton of crosses!!  Here are a few!

Then we took turns reading books and going in for the screening...

The kids did a great job!

Then we got back to our room and it was time for free choice...we talked a little bit about some words we have learned while talking about castles.

The boys and girls illustrated words from our castle words.

I think some spells were cast here. :)

I finished up my February interviews with the kids during free choice.  It has been fun to hear about what the boys and girls love.

Then we headed outside to enjoy the nicer weather!
