Well Halloween didn't seem to slow us down at all! We jumped right and in and got to playing!
"Trees in Art" is the title of this week's Artist of the Week Masterpiece.

Starting our new weather graph!
The calendar helper didn't have much to lead us in so...she created a pattern today...we helped her complete it!!
We read the story of "A Baby in a Basket"...Moses! The boys and girls were such fantastic listeners to the story this morning! God took care of Moses and He knows how to take care of us too!
Then we headed outdoors for this beautiful morning!
We had Miss Debbie from the library come and read stories to us this morning! She read four stories.
These are all available at the library to check out and read again! They were all quite enjoyable!
We had some artists today...
creating with the recyclables.
During small groups we practiced number recognition and then counting out that number of pumpkins...then we built a sculpture with those pumpkins and playdough.
We practiced drawing shapes in shaving cream.
We practiced shapes with geoboards.
We made patterns with the unifix cubes!
