We headed straight to church this morning with our canned goods donations! Look at how strong these kids are!

We set them down with all the other donations that the other classes here at Zion brought!

The student council put on a play helping to remind us that everything we have is a gift from God.

We then had to run, run, run after sitting for a little while. :)

We had our morning meeting after outdoor play this morning.  The boys and girls are doing such a nice job writing numbers!

Filling in that graph.

We read a story that talked about how Thanksgiving is a time when Grandpas and Grandmas, Aunts and Uncles, and cousins all get together to celebrate...to give thanks for the families that we have and love.  The story also talked about how there is a feast and we work together to make the food and clean it up, how we are stuffed and relax afterwards.  Some go for walks, some put up their feet.  It really was a great depiction of how Thanksgiving day is.  Take some time tonight to talk with your child how your Thanksgivings go...or a memory you have from a Thanksgiving from your childhood.

Then we got down to it. :)

Painting turkeys!!

We had a few friends left to decorate pinecones just to add beauty to the classroom!

The boys and girls have had a blast this week pounding those gold tees into pumpkins.  Working on those fine motor skills.

Building a bed for the baby.

I love the creations I run across in the classroom!

Taking all the tees out!

Look at all that we did today!!!
