We started the morning signing our name. It seems to work if the kids do this first thing after they have put everything away to get through all of them! :)

We had chapel this morning. The boys and girls did a great job of sitting quietly and listening! I was so proud of them!
Mrs. Haun shared with us the story from the Bible when Jesus welcomed the little children. She sent home a coloring sheet with every child so they could hear the story again at home! I encourage you to read through that story with your child...just to reinforce what they heard today...Jesus loves them!!
Elizabeth got to take the offering up to the altar.
Olivia's birthday was Sunday! She brought in treats to share with the class. They were delicious!
During small groups today the boys and girls made letters using the wood pieces.
They finished up their pages for the God Made Me books.
The boys and girls dictated to me what they did over the weekend and then illustrated it in their journals!
We got to run around in the gym today since we didn't get to have much outdoor time today.
We sang our Letter Sounds song.
We read the book "One Big Pair of Underwear" it is a fun book that includes counting and in the end shows how sharing benefits everyone!
