Our caterpillars have gone onto stage three of their metamorphosis...the chrysalis!

Mrs. Mudd shared some building manipulatives with us...they look like candy...we had a lot of fun with these this morning.

We also are always coloring and socializing...friends are so fun.

Our calendar helper demonstrating the pattern he created!

The meteorologist showing us the beautiful weather and practicing writing those numbers...although as I write this...it is pouring down rain outside! So much for sunny!

Got some outdoor air and big body play before chapel this morning.

The boys and girls sit so nicely during chapel...we really have grown up this year!

Pastor Reitz led our chapel today.  He reminded us that God is love.  He loves us so much that he gave us the ultimate sacrifice.

We read the story "Waiting for Wings" by Lois Ehlert.  She is one of my favorite illustrators...her books have beautiful pictures.

We drew a picture and documented what has happened to our caterpillars...stage three the chrysalis.

We continued create our symmetrical butterflies!

A little teamwork here...such kind friends.

Then we added our eyes, antenna, and proboscis to our butterflies!

A broken foot...goodness.

Then we practiced our letter N writing.

More teamwork!
