What a fun day. I got to listen to many stories of things that happened since I last saw all of our friends in our class. Sounds like everyone had something going on while on break! :)
One of our friends in our class gave me the playdough fun factory for my birthday for the classroom. The boys and girls have had a lot of fun with it!
Some of our friends are really becoming interested in drawing pictures. They really have grown in their abilities!
I didn't get pictures of our calendar and meteorologist helpers this morning...or Jesus Time!!! During Jesus time we finished the story...the best part of Jesus journey to the cross. His friends placed him in a tomb and on the third day...Jesus rose from the dead!!
It was a little chilly this morning but we still made it outside to get our bodies moving and climbing and getting that vital fresh air and vitamin D!
We made a special treat for snack today...resurrection rolls. We had Jesus (a marshmallow) and he was put inside the tomb (a crescent roll). After we baked them we broke them open and they were empty!!! Jesus wasn't in the tomb!!
We worked on our special Easter bulletin board.
We all took turns illustrating something we did over Easter break.
This is the last day for the castle. Our project has come to a close.
Lots of friends wanted to paint today.

We took pictures for a project we will be doing later...but thought I'd include them...these kids are just so much fun. :)
